Hi everyone,
On Wednesday the Juniors had an excursion to Melbourne Zoo to learn about animal features and animal habitats. We visited lots of animal enclosures and even got to feel a snake, lizard, frog and snake skin!
What did you enjoy most about the day? What animal was your favourite to see?
Here are some photos from the day.

I wonder if you can name the animals in the pictures, describe some of their features and tell us what habitat you think they live in.

Hi everyone and welcome back to Term 4!
This week we have explored different shapes in maths. Today we discovered different shapes in our classroom and outside in our school. We wrote down all the different shapes we found, some were rectangles, squares, circles, ovals and triangles.
Here are some photos we took today, see if you can find the shapes.

I wonder what shapes you can find in your home or in your backyard? How many can you find and name?
